Cet article a le mérite de nous faire réfléchir sur la notion de "filtrage".
Je m'en suis déjà expliqué à de nombreuses reprises, mais je crois qu'il est important de le refaire.
Ceci dit, compte tenu de la complexité de filtrer un contenu non explicite, je me demandais si cette idée de "catégoriser" tout site web, ne serait pas une idée intéressante, après la première réaction de rejet. Evidement, il faudrait un système de type "2.0" où chacun pourrait "dénoncer" des dérives d'une catégorisation trop "libertaire" ou au contraire trop "dure" et où un système logiciel automatisé simple pourrait consulter cette base de réputation ouverte et donner enfin le choix au père de famille quant à l'autorisation ou à l'interdiction de certains sites / catégories pour son public de prédilection. On pourrait alors choisir le comportement "par défaut" du système ... si un site n'est pas catégorisé, on l'interdit par défaut ou au contraire, on l'autorise. Pour que cela fonctionne, il faudrait que cela soit un minimum généralisé, aussi bien au niveau des sites que dans les systèmes de consultations (browser) ou embarqués dans les box. Evidement, ce système serait en open source et sous le contrôle de l'utilisateur final qui devrait pouvoir choisir si il l'active ou non ... évidement. Mais en pensant cela, j'ai bien peur que la dérive ne soit de vouloir créer un organisme ultime, qui aurait droit de vie et de mort sur les sites qui pourraient "diffuser" ... et de cela, il ne peut en être question ... non ? comme je le disais longuement sur mon blog, non, il n'existe pas tout ce qu'il faut et la nature "user centric" de l'Internet fait que nous ne pouvons pas nous contenter de solutions, forcement d'arrière garde, "network centric". Non, il n'existe pas de solution qui fonctionne à partir d'un iPhone / iTouch, par exemple et encore moins d'une PS3 ... Non, la solution n'est pas que de protéger chaque appareil. Il faut pouvoir centraliser, un minimum l'intelligence de la distribution de l'Internet "dans ma maison" et pas obligatoirement chez l'opérateur ...
